$18.00 - $20.00/hour Job Overview We are seeking motivated Apprentice Shop Carpenters to join our manufacturing team building high-quality roof trusses and wall panels used in residential and commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, want to develop carpentry and construction skills, and are looking for a stable career with advancement opportunities. You'll work in a team-oriented production environment using hand and power tools to assemble building components that help construct homes and commercial buildings throughout the region. Responsibilities Assemble roof trusses and wall panels according to specifications and production schedules Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production drawings Measure, mark, and cut materials to precise dimensions Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met Rotate between workstations as production needs require Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications 6+ months of experience using hand or power tools in construction, manufacturing, woodworking, automotive, or a related field Ability to accurately read a tape measure Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to read and follow written instructions and blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shiftWe Also Welcome Candidates With:
