Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler with prior manufacturing experience to join our production team. This position involves assembling small components while seated at a workstation, utilizing hand and power tools, and following blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality and production standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Assemble small mechanical and/or electrical components according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly specifications. Inspect assembled parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to sit for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks. Basic quality inspection experience preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
