Edgewater, FL Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Enjoy long weekends!)

    • Boat Assembler - No Experience Needed
    • Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work? Join a leading boat manufacturer and help build high-quality watercraft—no prior experience required!
    • What You'll Do:
    • + Assemble boat parts like hulls, decks, and cabins using hand/power tools. + Measure and fit components accurately. + Follow blueprints and instructions. + Work with a team to meet production goals. + Keep tools and work areas clean and safe. Bring your motivation—we'll teach you the rest!
    • Additional Qualifications:
    • + High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience). + Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. + Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled shop. + Mechanical aptitude. + Team-oriented mindset. + Familiarity with MRP systems or warehouse practices. + Experience in marine or manufacturing environments.

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may besubject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefitsavailable for this temporary role may include the following:
