Job Description

Immediate openings are available for Assemblers in Edgewater, FL. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team environment, and are comfortable working in an outdoor manufacturing setting. Assemblers play a critical role in the production process by assembling components, supporting production operations, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with significant overtime potential.

ASAP What's the Job? Work as part of a production team assembling products and product components. Rotate through various tasks within the production process as needed. Follow established work assignments, procedures, and production standards. Assist in the production and assembly of wiring assemblies. Maintain clean and safe work areas by shoveling, sweeping, and performing general housekeeping duties. Operate equipment such as forklifts and other production equipment when required. Support quality control initiatives and ensure products meet manufacturing standards. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Schedule 1st

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM 2nd

Starts at 4:30 PM Currently working Fridays, averaging approximately 50 hours per week , including overtime What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production procedures preferred. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
