Assembler (Marine Manufacturing) Fort Lauderdale, FL Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek Job Summary We are actively hiring Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help build high-quality boats and marine vessels using hand and power tools in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. No marine experience required—training provided. Responsibilities Assemble boat components (hulls, decks, interiors, etc.) Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks Perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with team members to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of manufacturing, construction, or hands-on experience preferred (not required) Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Team player with a strong work ethic Work Environment Shop floor / manufacturing setting (non-climate controlled) Exposure to heat, noise, fiberglass, and industrial materials PPE required (steel toe boots, safety glasses, etc.) Schedule Monday -

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
