Job Overview We are hiring for all positions for a boat manufacturing facility in Edgewater, FL. Will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing components to build high
- quality boats and marine vessels. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions in a fast
- paced production environment. Will provide training
- do not need previous boat building experience Duties Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to assemble boats Assemble structural components including hulls, decks, cabins, and bulkheads Install hardware, fuel systems, hydraulic lines, wiring, and other mechanical/electrical components Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure proper fit and alignment Perform quality checks to ensure builds meet company and safety standards Identify and correct defects or deviations during the assembly process Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with team members, engineers, and technicians to meet production goals Maintain tools and equipment and report any issues Requirement Be able to use hand and power tools Stand for 10+ hours a day Trainable/ Coachable Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Able to work in a team oriented environment Comfortable working in a non•climate•controlled, fast•paced environment (heat, noise, fiberglass dust, etc)
