  • Temp-to-hire Job Overview Assembler Assemble boats and marine components such as hulls, decks, and cabins Use hand tools and power tools to complete builds Follow work instructions and basic blueprints Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy Work as part of a team to meet production goals Fiberglass Finisher Repair and finish fiberglass boat parts (hulls, decks, small components) Use tools like spray guns, sanders, grinders, and buffers Apply compounds, fillers, wax, and polish for a smooth finish Inspect surfaces and fix imperfections to meet quality standards Follow work instructions and production schedules Work with a team to keep production running efficiently Laminator Apply fiberglass and resin to molds using a spray gun or by hand Smooth and roll materials to remove air bubbles Mix resins and prepare materials for production Remove finished parts from molds Follow simple instructions to build parts correctly Keep your work area clean and organized Follow safety and quality standards What We're Looking For Manufacturing or hands-on experience is a plus (not required) Ability to follow directions and work on a team Comfortable using tools and working with your hands Reliable and ready to learn Entry level roles, we will train looking for character over competence.
Work Environment Non-climate controlled (can be hot and humid) Exposure to dust, chemicals, and strong odors Standing, bending, and working with tools throughout the shift Steel toe boots and PPE required Shifts 6AM

  • Thursday OT needed on Fridays, must be open to working
