Laminators, Assemblers, and PI/Finishers We are a boat manufacturing company located in Edgewater, FL , currently hiring dependable and motivated candidates for multiple production roles. These are hands-on positions in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in HOT conditions and using hand and power tools. 🔹

Laminators Pay Rate:

$17.00/hour

Schedule Options:

1st

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM Must‑

Haves:

Comfortable working with fiberglass Able to wear a respirator and full suit (must be clean-shaven; no beards ) Comfortable working in a HOT environment Hands-on experience using hand and power tools Boat manufacturing experience is a plus 🔹

Assemblers Pay Rate:

$16.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Occasional overtime on Fridays Must‑

Haves:

Ability to read a tape measure Hands-on experience using hand and power tools Comfortable working in a HOT environment Blueprint reading is beneficial Open to candidates from construction, landscaping, or similar trades who meet qualifications 🔹 Finishers (Polish & Inspect)

Pay Rate:

$18.00/hour

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Occasional overtime on Fridays Must‑
