Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our dental equipment manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling precision components and products according to detailed schematics and blueprints. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, use of hand and power tools, and understanding of manufacturing processes will ensure that high-quality products are produced efficiently. MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
Duties Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies following detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to ensure parts meet strict specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and accurately. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to guide assembly processes. Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances. Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or manufacturing floor to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with fabrication, machining, soldering, or welding tasks as needed for assembly projects. Support forklift operations for material handling within the warehouse or production area when certified. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and technical diagrams. Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, soldering irons, welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools. Experience with precision measuring instruments and fabrication techniques. Knowledge of warehouse operations including forklift operation (certification preferred). Ability to read technical schematics and follow detailed instructions accurately.
