  • Full-time Slab Fabricator/Installer needed with experience fabricating Porcelain, Stone, Granite, and Quartz slabs.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in slab fabrication and installation who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship. Great opportunity to work with a company in business for 55 years and are looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate bridge saws, CNC machines, and polishing equipment Cut and shape slabs to exact specifications Read blueprints, measurements, and shop drawings Measure, mark, and inspect materials for accuracy and quality Polish, edge, and finish countertops for installation Install countertops, flooring, wall panels, and other surfaces with precision and care. Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support general shop and production tasks as needed Requirements Proven experience working with stone, porcelain, and quartz fabrication, including knowledge of cutting, polishing, finishing, and installation techniques Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on stone or surface installation Experience with bridge saws or CNC machines is a plus Ability to read measurements and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods Knowledge of shop safety standards (OSHA) is an asset Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to surface installation.
