Overview:
•We are seeking a skilled Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in aluminum, field expierience, and assemebly.
Primary Function:
Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions to repair as necessary. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Knowledge of working with aluminum Write out service tickets for every service call requiring payment and turn into the office daily. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Inspect, identify, and determine the customer's needs and wants. Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and orderly. Ensure accurate and complete record keeping of service tickets, daily logs, and invoices. Check all equipment and insure it is in good working order for the next day.
Must have:
Must possess reasoning skills that will enable you to understand and carry out detailed, written, illustrated, or oral instructions. Communication skills to communicate with all homeowners, subcontractors, and office personnel regarding all phases of construction process. Self-Motivation. Pay attention to the details. Manual dexterity. Work well with others. Must have a clean driving record One plus year experience in Field Supervisor One plus year experience in Assembly One plus year in aluminum Physical abilities: Climb over structures and on top of structures. Able to work outdoors in open, unshaded areas. Use basic tools and equipment.
