Position offered by a No-Fee Staffing Agency Spherion Gainesville, FL has a local client seeking Mechanical Assemblers for their Alachua facility. This position will be performing industrial assembly using large tools. The ability to work on mechanics and read blueprints are necessary skills for this role.

$19.00 to $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of assembly operations including electrical, welding, and mechanical.
  • Review specifications to determine assembly and special options.
  • Check bins for adequate supplies.
  • Ensure connections for correct fit, parts, and sub-assemblies per specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
  • High school or GED
