This role is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance, repair, and overhaul work is carried out in compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Review inspection forms and determine acceptance or rejection of completed work. Monitor and oversee maintenance activities to ensure compliance with approved technical data. Confirm accurate completion and sign-off of routine, non-routine, and customer work cards. Verify that all calibrated tools used in inspections are up-to-date and within tolerance. Support the Director of Maintenance, Maintenance Manager, and Chief Inspector with safety compliance and operational oversight. Authorize return-to-service for aircraft and components after approved work is performed. Assist with additional inspection-related tasks as assigned by the Lead Inspector. Qualifications Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (preferred) Minimum 3 years of recent experience exercising A&P privileges. High school diploma or GED required. Must pass background screening, credential verification, and DOT-compliant pre-employment drug testing. Skills and Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of professionalism and confidentiality in all work performed. Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments. Ability to wear a full-face respirator when required. Work in conditions involving hazardous materials, confined spaces, and elevated platforms. Must be comfortable with bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Visual acuity of 20/40 (corrected) and normal or corrected hearing. Must be able to access all areas of the aircraft.
