What You'll Do As a Wire Assembler, you will: Assemble and wire electrical and mechanical components for industrial power systems Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings Use a variety of hand and power tools (drills, crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, tape measures, etc.) Stand for the duration of the shift and occasionally work on ladders assembling units up to 8 ft tall This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, problem solving, and learning new skills. What We're Looking For Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure Experience wiring electrical components (preferred) High School Diploma or GED (required) Experience in manufacturing, construction, handyman work, HVAC, automotive, or related fields (a plus!) If you've worked with tools, built or repaired things, or have mechanical/electrical aptitude—you'll excel here. 6:00 AM- 4:30
PM Saturday:
6:00 AM- 12:30 PM Saturday availability is mandatory After training, you will transition to the 3:00 PM
- 11:30 PM shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00
- $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
