Job Description

Pillow Assembly Line Worker Job Summary The Pillow Assembly Line Worker is responsible for efficiently assembling, stuffing, labeling, and packaging pillows in a production environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet daily production goals, and maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process. Key Responsibilities Assemble pillows by stuffing, shaping, and closing pillow covers Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects Label pillows accurately according to production requirements Package finished pillows for shipment or storage Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets Operate basic machinery or tools as needed (training provided) Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or assembly line experience is a plus (not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and counting skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds Repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift Work Environment Manufacturing or warehouse setting May involve exposure to fabric materials and stuffing fibers Moderate noise levels from equipment Schedule Full-time position Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Compensation Production-based pay (based on output)
