This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced factory environment where your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills will drive production success. We are seeking motivated individuals eager to contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in manufacturing. Duties Operate assembly lines, ensuring smooth and continuous production flow while adhering to safety standards. Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to assemble components accurately and efficiently. Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process, identifying and addressing defects promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including warehouse spaces, to support safety and efficiency. Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company standards. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, demonstrating familiarity with assembly line operations. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems is highly desirable. Warehouse experience, including forklift operation certification, is a strong plus. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety procedures within an industrial setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues when necessary.
