Screen Installer/Fabricator

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled & experienced Installer with experience with laying out, fabricating and installing aluminum structures and screen enclosures. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have these qualifications. Preferably you have your own truck with rack; we can provide a trailer if needed. Ideal candidate has own truck and tools and can expect to earn pieces rates ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 weekly depending on performance and production. The average lead for these jobs will make around $2,000 per week. Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation for fabrication/installations is required
• Ability to measure and layout; calculate and create cut sheets
• Min.

2 years experience with fabrication and installations of screen/aluminum enclosures Small Family Owned and Operated Business. Must do good and neat work. I.e. Measure screw placements; neat trim work, templated fastener patterns. Work will be outside most times in extreme (hot) weather and can be physically exhausting. You will earn a piece rate of the job which is performance driven. Work will be W2 through payroll with Worker's Compensation. After probation period 3 paid holidays per year. 1 PTO Day given per every year with business maxing out at 15 PTO days @ 15 years. 401K available soon. Weekly Pay. Must be reliable and dependable.
