Job Description
Join Our Team! We are a family-owned aluminum and screen company with over 39 years of experience serving our community. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Aluminum Fabricator to join our production team. This position is responsible for building and preparing aluminum products for installation, ensuring every job is completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble aluminum screen enclosures, patio roofs, railings, and other custom aluminum products. Measure, cut, drill, and assemble aluminum materials according to work orders and specifications. Operate shop equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely. Prepare materials for field installation. Read and interpret shop drawings and measurements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Work closely with office staff and installation crews to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Experience in aluminum fabrication, construction, manufacturing, or a related trade preferred. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to read shop drawings and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Welding experience is a plus but not required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
