This is a hands-on position involving sign fabrication, finishing, packing, and field installation. Prior experience in signage, fabrication, construction, or other hands-on work is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided . This position is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, follows instructions, and is willing to learn. Because the position often involves working at customer locations, a professional and positive attitude is important. Responsibilities Assemble and fabricate architectural signs and sign components Apply vinyl graphics, lettering, and ADA/Braille elements to signs Paint and finish sign components Read and follow shop drawings, instructions, and precise measurements Pack and prepare completed signs for shipping or delivery Assist with field installations, including mounting signs and applying graphics Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while performing general shop duties Qualifications Previous experience in signage, fabrication, construction, or other hands-on work is a plus Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to accurately measure down to 1/32 of an inch and read shop drawings Vinyl application and painting experience is a plus Basic computer skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a must Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic Able to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and meet established standards Detail-oriented, positive, and professional when working with customers Physical & Working Conditions Ability to lift and move materials weighing approximately 50 lbs Work may involve standing, sitting, and walking, depending on the task Ladder use is required periodically during installations Most installations are indoors, with occasional outdoor installations Work environment may include exposure to dust, paint fumes, and solvents Schedule Monday to

PM Fridays:
