Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Production Line Worker specializing in Bottling and Packaging to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality food and beverage products. Your focus will be on operating packaging machinery, maintaining strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment dedicated to food safety, quality, and excellence. Responsibilities Operate bottling and packaging machinery efficiently, ensuring all products meet quality standards in accordance with FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor production lines for proper functioning, promptly addressing issues or malfunctions to minimize downtime. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment following strict sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, verifying labels, seals, and packaging integrity before shipment. Document production data accurately using SAP or other manufacturing management systems, including batch records and quality checks. Follow safety standards in production by wearing appropriate PPE, adhering to safety procedures, and reporting hazards immediately. Support continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements and participating in team meetings focused on efficiency and quality improvements. Requirements Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing environments, especially within a food or beverage production plant. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP guidelines, and food safety management practices. Familiarity with SAP or similar manufacturing management software is preferred. Strong understanding of quality standards in production and packaging processes. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors on managing production or assembly teams. Commitment to safety standards in production, sanitation practices, and regulatory compliance standards in the food industry. $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
