! Responsibilities Load and unload parts efficiently. Ensure hoppers and bins are consistently full. Reset machines as necessary to maintain production flow. Perform manual assembly tasks with attention to detail. Essential Skills Experience working in a cleanroom and production environment is PLUS but not required! Proficiency in assembly and general production tasks. Understanding of medical device assembly processes. Strong hand dexterity and ability to work with microscopes. Capability to conduct thorough inspections. At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting involving machine operation, assembly, and quality inspection. Ability to read and write in English. Work Environment Our cleanroom manufacturing environment is exceptionally clean and air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable work setting. Employees are required to wear a coat with a name tag, hair/beard net, and adhere to specific attire guidelines, including non-linting pants without sparkles or sequins. The use of makeup, jewelry, nails, or polish is not permitted to maintain the integrity of the cleanroom standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Petersburg, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
