Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated employee to join our manufacturing team. This role is crucial for maintaining production efficiency and meeting quality standards in our operations. Experience is not required but preferred. The right candidate for this position must be willing to cut, bend, polish, drill, package finished products, and do other manufacturing processes along the way. Duties Operate saws and cutting equipment to cut materials to specified dimensions. Operate Drill press Knowledge in the fabrication feild is a plus! Perform regular maintenance on saws and other equipment to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specifications. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflows. Utilize hand tools and machinery safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Be willing to learn other aspects of our manufacturing process( Drilling holes, shear, drill press) Processing and packaging finished product for shipping Skills Must know how to read a tape measure Experience with hand tools, and CNC machinery is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Familiarity with calipers for precise measurements is essential. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes is a plus.
