Job Description

Environmental Compliance Equipment, LLC i s a growing company and we are seeking a candidate who has experience in the assembly of systems. We are seeking an individual whom is a hard worker, dependable and has the desire to learn and grow. The candidate will have knowledge of and experience using mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills. Environmental Compliance Equipment, LLC , designs, manufactures,sells and services large industrial waste water treatment systems. We have been in business for twenty two years. We are located in
Stuart, Florida Responsibilities:
  • Assemble units using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
  • Blueprints and Schematics Reading:
    Experience with interpreting engineering drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and electrical schematics to build machines to exact specifications.
  • Plumbing and Pipefitting:
    Understanding of industrial piping systems, including PVC, and stainless steel, along with the ability to properly thread, glue, or fit valves, flanges, and gaskets to prevent leaks.
  • Basic Electrical Knowledge:
    Many industrial wastewater machines utilize automated controls. Basic wiring, knowledge of electrical control panels, and the ability to route wiring safely are highly valued.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
  • Maintain proper inventory of production materials
  • Customer service and integrity focused to service previously installed systems
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2
  • 5 year's experience in a manufacturing/assembly setting
  • Ability to troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical circuits
  • Ability to use measuring instruments to ensure components/systems are within required tolerance and specifications
  • Experience with programming PLC (Programmable
  • Logic Controlling) or similar programs is highly beneficial, but not required
  • Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment such as carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks and fork lifts
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Able to travel locally as required to perform monthly service and repair orders
  • Flexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines
  • Able to sit, walk, move around for long hours at a time
  • US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Clean driving record is required
