Switchgear Assembly Technician - Multiple Openings JAGG Electrical & Control Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | On-Site Start a Career in a Growing Industry JAGG Electrical & Control is an established Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specializing in designing and building custom electrical switchgear. We are rapidly expanding and hiring Assembly Technicians to join our production team. If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow in a stable, high-demand field, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Assemble switchgear units using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Cut, strip, and crimp wiring accurately Assist with sheet metal and conduit fabrication Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Work with a team to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing or production experience preferred Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Ability to read technical drawings and schematics Detail-oriented and dependable Team player with good communication skills Ability to work overtime Work Environment Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching Independent lifting up to 50 lbs. Team lifting up to 100 lbs.
