Job Description

Assembler Adairsville Full-Time Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a team-oriented manufacturing environment? We're looking for an Assembler to join our team! In this role, you'll help build quality equipment while supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in our production process by performing assembly operations using a variety of tools and equipment.
Responsibilities may include:
Performing assembly tasks such as lifting, bolting, torquing, testing, and related production work Conducting daily equipment inspections before use Operating and successfully managing at least one assembly station Completing assigned work in assembly areas and substations Performing rework or modifications on units as needed Conducting quality checks and completing required inspection checklists Moving completed units to staging or final inspection areas Assisting with kitting and material preparation as needed Operating equipment such as forklifts, cranes, tractors, or excavators when required Participating in continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practices Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For:
Experience using hand tools Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Safety-conscious attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements:
This position requires physical activity, including: Frequent lifting of up to 20 lbs Regular lifting of 21-50 lbs Occasional lifting of 50-70 lbs Standing, moving, and performing repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Mechanical assembly experience is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team environment Why Join Us?
