We specialize in contract staffing, helping our applicants find a permanent job that fits their needs. We are now hiring 1st and 2nd Shift Assembly Line Worker/Production in Bloomingdale!
  • No Experience Required/Will Train
  • Pay:
  • 1st Shift $15.00
  • 2nd Shift $15.50
Weekly Pay Shifts:
  • 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:30 am until 4:00 pm
  • 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday, 4:30 pm until 2:00 am
Responsibilities:
Assemble car hinges and spindles according to standardized work instructions and blueprints Install electrical wiring, connectors, and other electronic components Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively Inspect parts for quality assurance and identify defects Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Meet daily production goals and timelines Communicate issues or delays to the line supervisor promptly Participate in team meetings and training as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Able to lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Requirements:
    MUST HAVE
    current valid driver's license
    • No Experience Required/Will Train
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States
    MUST HAVE
    reliable transportation
    • Must be dependable, punctual, and be honest
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
    • Overtime is Mandatory
