High school diploma or GED required Technical or vocational training preferred Experience reading engineering drawings and technical documents Proficiency with hand tools, measuring instruments, and torque tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive assembly tasks

Preferred Experience:

2+ years of aerospace, aviation, or defense manufacturing experience Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO quality standards IPC, soldering, or aerospace assembly certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble aerospace parts and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and torque equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, bills of materials, and work instructions Perform fastening, bonding, sealing, and precision assembly operations Conduct in-process inspections to verify quality and dimensional accuracy Document production activity, inspections, and traceability records Follow AS9100, ISO, safety, ESD, FOD, and cleanroom procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain organized work areas Why This Job?
