Job Description

Job Summary Join our team in Dublin, GA, a city celebrated for its Southern charm and vibrant community. We are looking for a skilled professional to assemble and test products, ensuring quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and relevant experience in assembly, soldering, electrical, or machining. Responsibilities Perform basic assembly and testing using mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment. Record test results on data forms using basic electrical equipment and flow meters. Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives. Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards. Perform touch-up or full surface painting of parts with finishing materials such as paint, lacquer, glaze, etc. Mix paint and clean parts. Actively participate in lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions for improvement. Observe all safety rules and maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area. Ensure all equipment is calibrated in accordance with the calibration schedule. Qualifications Able to read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions. Ability to calculate basic shop math. Proficiency in using a computer. At least two or more years of manufacturing experience, including assembly. Post-secondary education in electronics technology is preferred. Soldering experience is a plus. Shift Details 1st
