In this vital role, you will be responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and ensuring the integrity of aircraft propeller blades to meet rigorous safety and quality standards. Your expertise will help maintain optimal aircraft performance, safety compliance, and adherence to industry regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge aerospace technology and contribute to the safety of flight operations worldwide. Responsibilities Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of propeller blades using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Collaborate with manufacturing teams to assess root cause analysis of blade failures or defects and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Assist in the repair, or fabrication of propeller blades using grinders and drills. Support ongoing maintenance activities by verifying that all repairs meet strict aviation safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Ability to perform precise measurements using digital protractor and calipers. Use machine for precise procedures.
