Job Description:
The MB Assembler is responsible for assembling cabinet components and finished products according to quality, safety, and production standards. This position uses hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build cabinets while maintaining productivity and workmanship expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assemble cabinet components, doors, drawers, frames, and related products according to specifications.
- Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality requirements.
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect materials and completed products for defects and quality concerns.
- Maintain production goals and daily output requirements.
- Perform basic measurements using tape measures and other measuring devices.
- Identify and report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Assist with cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
