Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
1st Shift What's the Job? Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently to produce high-quality products. Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders to ensure precise assembly. Utilize microscopes, hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to assemble parts and components. Collaborate with team members to improve products and processes, fostering a continuous improvement environment. Inspect parts for defects, ensuring products meet quality standards before shipment. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. Manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions independently. Experience with LEAN manufacturing concepts is a plus. What's in it for me?
