F15 Wing and Fuselage Inspector LOUi Consulting - 3.3 Robins AFB, GA Job Details Part-time From $34 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Maintenance repair procedures Military aircraft maintenance Presentation software Technical documentation Inspection reporting and documentation Structural systems Full Job Description Wing and Fuselage Inspector - F-15 Program (Robins AFB, GA) We are seeking a highly experienced Wing and Fuselage Inspector to support F-15 Engineering Technical Analysis and Periodic Depot Maintenance (PDM) operations at Robins Air Force Base, GA . This position plays a critical role in ensuring structural integrity, safety of flight, and accurate documentation of F-15 wing and fuselage repairs. Key Responsibilities Perform visual inspections of F-15 fuselage and wing structures during PDM induction. Document and verify all structural repairs and damage findings (100% accountability). Record repair locations (station, water line, butt line), part numbers, defect dimensions, and orientations. Capture and catalog photographic evidence of structural findings. Analyze repair data to identify safety-of-flight concerns and adverse trends. Prepare and submit detailed PDM Repairs/Findings Reports within required timelines. Enter inspection and repair data into NLign and other government databases. Ensure full compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and USAF standards. Coordinate with structural engineers, depot personnel, and program leadership. Required Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in military aircraft structural repair and inspection processes. Strong understanding of Technical Orders and depot-level maintenance procedures. Experience documenting structural discrepancies with high attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); database experience preferred. Ability to meet strict reporting and performance timelines. Preferred Qualifications 8+ years military aircraft maintenance experience. F-15 structural maintenance experience highly preferred. Prior depot/PDM experience. FAA A&P License or USAF Aircraft Structural Maintenance background (2A7X3 or equivalent). Experience with digital inspection systems or engineering databases. Security Requirements Active Secret Clearance required. Ability to obtain/maintain CAC and required DoD system access. Work Location Robins AFB, GA Limited travel may be required with Government approval.
