Responsibilities Install vehicle wraps, decals, and custom graphics with precision and attention to detail. Fit and assemble auto accessories such as spoilers, body kits, lighting, and trim using hand tools and power tools. Perform auto body repairs, buffing, sanding, and painting to ensure seamless finishes. Use welding equipment and auto restoration techniques to repair or modify vehicle panels. Conduct vehicle inspections to assess existing conditions and determine appropriate styling or repair procedures. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all installations. Collaborate with customers to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations on styling options. Skills Proven automotive shop experience with a strong background in auto body repair, painting, or restoration. Proficiency in mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, buffing machines, and auto glass installation equipment. Knowledge of auto estimating software and customer service best practices for client interactions. Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform physical tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Experience with auto detailing, auto painting, auto restoration, and vehicle customization projects. Strong communication skills combined with a passion for automotive aesthetics and craftsmanship.
