Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Assembler, where your hands-on skills and mechanical expertise will drive the creation of high-quality products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the assembly of precision components. You will be instrumental in ensuring that each product meets strict quality standards while maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the production process. Responsibilities Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to detailed schematics and blueprints. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and fabrication. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and quality standards. Operate machinery including machining tools, and fabrication apparatus to complete assembly tasks. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to specifications using precision measuring instruments. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols; support warehouse operations including forklift operation when necessary. Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments to ensure smooth workflow. Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred, especially with direct assembly experience. Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Knowledge of mechanical systems and fabrication methods is highly desirable. Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus but not required; training can be provided for certified candidates. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high standards of quality.
