Assembler - 1st Shift/2nd Shift Join a growing manufacturing team where your attention to detail and willingness to learn are valued. No experience is required — we provide full, hands‑on training. What You'll Do Assemble electronic components and precision sensor parts used in medical, aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial products. Work with flexible circuits, heaters, and other small, delicate components. Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and product quality. Use small hand tools while performing steady, repetitive tasks. Maintain strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail throughout each build. What Makes You a Great Fit Detail‑oriented, dependable, and focused. Comfortable working with small tools and tiny parts. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
