Job Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling complex products and subassemblies while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. This role serves as a technical expert on the assembly floor, supports training and troubleshooting, and assists leadership with workflow coordination and continuous improvement. Shift availability : 2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 4 x 10 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Key Responsibilities Assembly & Technical Expertise Perform advanced and complex assembly operations according to work instructions, drawings, and client specifications Interpret blueprints, schematics, BOMs, and process procedures. Quality & Compliance Ensure assemblies meet quality standards and client requirements Perform in-process inspections and document results as required Identify defects, root causes, and recommend corrective actions Process Support Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues, tooling problems, and process inefficiencies Provide feedback to leadership on assembly processes
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 years assembly experience . Must be proficient in both verbal and written communication. Must be able to read and accurately interpret written and verbal work instructions. Must be able to read and accurately interpret drawings, sketches, and wiring diagrams. Must have ability to train and mentor other team members. Must have the ability to perform effectively and proficiently in a manufacturing environment in conjunction with meeting productivity standards and production deadlines. Must have good manual dexterity. Be able to periodically lift up to 30 lbs. Pay is based on experience.
