Position Summary A Warehouse Box Assembler at IceCap Cold Storage needs to be able to support operations and logistics teams in 28 degrees (28 F) for long periods of time. Box Assemblers play a critical role in ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Employees will need to manually assemble boxes efficiently and meet high demand for extended periods of time. Key Duties and Responsibilities Follows standard operating procedures (SOP's). Physical Stamina Always maintain a clean environment Check for damaged goods. Stay aware of any possible hazards. Work safely in a cold environment. Minimum Requirements Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Reliable transportation to Council Bluffs. Ability to work in temperatures as low 28 degrees Fahrenheit Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screening.
