Job Description

Assembler / Production Associate We are hiring reliable Assemblers / Production Associates to support hands-on production and assembly operations. This role is well suited for individuals with assembly, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience who enjoy working with tools, following instructions, and producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Perform product assembly tasks from start to finish Use hand and power tools to assemble components accurately Read and follow production lists, work instructions, and standard processes Identify correct materials and components required for each build Inspect work at each stage to ensure quality standards are met Communicate material shortages, defects, or quality issues to the team Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Lift, move, and position materials as needed Perform repetitive tasks and physical activity throughout the shift Qualifications Experience in assembly, production, construction, or general labor environments Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Ability to read and use a tape measure Basic reading and math skills Ability to lift 50 pounds or more High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Mechanical or mechanical assembly experience Experience reading blueprints or detailed work instructions Comfort using saws, drills, nail or staple guns, and similar tools Work Environment Manufacturing or production setting Facility temperature may vary depending on season or location Steel-toe footwear required Personal protective equipment required and provided Flexible, practical dress code appropriate for hands-on work Why You'll Enjoy Working Here Established operation offering long-term stability Competitive benefits and retirement options when eligible Opportunities for overtime and advancement Skill development and defined career growth paths Team-oriented culture focused on quality, safety, and reliability Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
