Night Shift Temporary Seasonal Packaging Assembler A Packaging Assembler plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing process by assembling, labeling, and preparing products for shipment in a safe, efficient, and quality-conscious manner. This position is not only responsible for maintaining the highest quality packaging standards but also for being on the front line of ensuring a positive customer experience. The Packaging Assembler plays a critical role in the company's commitment to delivering products that exceed customer expectations.

So, What s the Gig? Assemble, label, and package woodworking tools and fasteners for shipment or next process. Ensure that packaging materials meet quality standards and are free from defects. Properly package products according to specified instructions and packaging guidelines. Inspect packaged products for quality and compliance with company standards. Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors for resolution. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the safe operation of packaging equipment. Work efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, quality control, and other team members regarding packaging issues or concerns. Operate power and hand tools to assemble small parts into finished product. Demonstrate a commitment to operating in a safe work environment. Looking For:

HS diploma or equivalent. Ability to frequently lift, move, carry and manipulate loads up to 35lb. Ability to infrequently lift, move, carry and manipulate loads up to 70lb.
