6:00am-2:30pm QPS Employment Group has a great Residential Frame Assembler position available at a company in Montezuma, IA. In this role, you'll work from design plans and labeled materials to assemble a variety of framing components. Each project is custom, so the work can vary in complexity. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Residential Frame Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Measure and cut lumber and other building materials. Assemble custom wood framing components. Follow design plans and production instructions. Safely operate hand and power tools, including saws, nail guns, and staple guns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work with team members to complete projects efficiently. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Residential Frame Assembler Requirements:

Valid driver's license required. Ability to read and use a tape measure. Ability to read and understand basic design plans. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials. Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools. Construction or framing experience is a plus. Knowledge of lumber and building materials preferred. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
