1st and 3rd What's the Job? Safely produce various building products by assembling components and stacking finished items. Sort and organize cut materials to ensure efficient workflow. Build trusses and assist in manual assembly processes using hand tools (powered and manual). Use manual dexterity to handle materials, lift, squat, and stand for extended periods. Read engineered drawings and use measuring tools such as tape measures and hammers. What's Needed? Experience in framing carpentry or manufacturing preferred. Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools effectively. Manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift, squat, and stand for long periods. Good attendance history and a positive attitude.
