Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in wire harness manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Wire Harness Assembler to join their team. As a Wire Harness Assembler, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly of complex electrical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 3:30pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job?
Tie and route wires for electrical equipment and systems Loop and link wires manually or using hand tools such as wire twisters, crimp presses, and wire strippers Continuously move to pick up components and place them accurately on the assembly board Follow written work instructions to ensure quality and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support efficient assembly processes What's Needed? Ability to read and see small print clearly Good vision and hand-eye coordination, able to distinguish colors. Ability to stand for the full shift Blueprint experience preferred No prior experience required; training provided What's in it for me?
