This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting daily production, guiding team members, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (hours flex) can be 3 full days or 6 hours/day (25-30 hours per week)
Wage:
$19.00/hr
Location:
Boise, ID Role Purpose The Assembler will work in various shop activities. This role supports the build process for industrial heating products by coordinating workflow, assisting team members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support daily shop operations and production workflow 2. Manufacturing position must learn all aspects of the shop , cutting, deburring, building crates. 3. Read and interpret measurements for production work 4. Assemble industrial heating products to specifications 5. Cut stainless steel and titanium tubing 6. Deburr materials and prepare components for assembly 7. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and air tools 8. Build crates and prepare finished products for shipment #INDBOI
