Welder/Fabricator - Production

Welder / Fabricator - (Entry Level Welcome) We are looking for a motivated, self‑starting Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with basic welding experience who wants to grow their skills in a real production environment. You must be able to stay productive without constant supervision and take pride in clean, accurate work. TIG and fabrication experience are bonuses but not required. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel and other metals (TIG is a plus but not required) Read and follow basic fabrication drawings and weld symbols Fit, square, and assemble parts with attention to accuracy Operate common shop tools: grinders, saws, drills, plasma cutters, etc. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work independently and keep projects moving without needing constant direction Assist with general shop tasks such as cutting, prepping, and finishing Required Qualifications Basic welding experience (school or on‑the‑job) Ability to work unsupervised and stay productive Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) TIG welding experience Fabrication skills (fitting, layout, bending, forming) Experience with jigs, fixtures, or production welding Forklift experience or certification Work Environment Full‑time position Indoor shop environment with standard PPE Consistent, year‑round work Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience Overtime opportunities PTO and holidays Boot allowance
