Job Description
Fab Tec Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Aggregate Assembly Technician.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble various parts and pieces of aggregate equipment.
- Install conveyor idlers, pulleys, electric motors, and drive systems.
- Run and test conveyors and motors.
- Operate forklift, overhead cranes, and mobile cranes.
- Ability to use shop tools such as, grinders, band saws, plasma cutters, and various basic hand tools.
- Keep work environment clean, safe, and orderly.
- Communicate to management about machinery and quality issues as they arise on a consistent basis.
- Must be able to be work 40+ hours per week. (Monday-Friday) Education, experience and skills required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with basic hand tools.
- Able to follow written and verbal details to complete assignments.
- Work independently as well as a part of a team. Able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Possess a keen sense of attention to detail and take pride in their work.
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
