  • We are seeking a dedicated assembler to join our letter line assembly department. The ideal candidate will possess experience with hand tools and have a background in production. This position involves using various tools and machines to cut letters for commercial signs. It is a contract-to-hire opportunity, seeking someone who is reliable and shows up consistently.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. + Accurately cut letters for commercial signs using provided tools and machines. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise assembly. + Work collaboratively within the production team to meet daily targets.
  • Essential Skills
  • + Experience with assembly and production processes. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Familiarity with mechanical and tape measure usage.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • + Experience with grinding and metal cutting. + Understanding of blueprint specifications.

  • Work Environment
  • Work within a manufacturing facility featuring dedicated workstations for various sign-building processes. The environment includes large press brake machines, welding bays, and long tables for assemblers. The shop maintains a clean and organized setting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
  • Job Type & Location
  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $18.

00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
