Fabricator

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has basic mechanical aptitude, and is eager to grow their skills in a production environment. You'll work alongside experienced fabricators and have opportunities for training in advanced equipment and processes. Key Responsibilities Perform basic fabrication tasks using standard hand tools Assist with machine operations and general shop duties Support senior fabricators with setup, measurement, and material handling Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow production instructions and quality standards Preferred Skills & Experience Basic proficiency with common hand tools Familiarity with lathes, mills, or welding is a strong plus Willingness to learn plasma cutting and CNC operations (training provided) Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Schedule & Work Environment Monday through Friday No weekends Fast‑paced, team‑oriented shop environment What We Offer Hands‑on training in advanced fabrication equipment Opportunities for skill development and career growth Stable weekday schedule
