Assembly Technician

ClearStaff in Villa Park are in search of candidates with a background in mechanical for our client located in the Schaumberg Area Schedule 2nd shift 3pm-11pm payrate$21.00/hr 3rd shift 11pm-7am Payrate $22.50/hr Job Summary The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling hydraulic components and systems according to company specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Assemble hydraulic components, filters, valves, and systems according to blueprints and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assemblies Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Report defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to supervisor Meet daily production goals and deadlines Assist with packaging and labeling of finished products as needed Requirements Previous experience with blue print reading Previous experience with mechanical assembly Must be able to work 8-12 hours per day Must be able to stand for duration of shift Must be able to pass 7 year background screening Must be able to pass Drug Test Must be able to pass E-Verify Join our client's team and get rewarded for your commitment: Work 90 days on assignment Get hired full-time by our client Stay another 90 days after conversion You'll earn a $1,500 bonus!
