Job Description
Job Summary Noble Staffing Solutions is seeking an Assembler in the city of Chicago, IL 60654. As a assembler you'll visually inspect component parts for defects prior to assembly. Assemble a limited variety of products in accordance with written and verbal work instructions. Utilize basic manual assembly techniques. Utlize manual tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) and automatic hand tools (air screwdrivers, impact wrenches, etc.) as required for assembly operations. Check alignment and fit of component parts and verify proper operation of product. Identify components required to complete assembly of products on work order. Draw components maintained in production area as required. Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM, Must be open to working weekends. Duties Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment with precision and care Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of parts Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of quality Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience Experience working with steel products Experience in assembling faucets, eyewash stations Mechanical knowledge or background in working with assembly line processes Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical tasks required Familiarity with manufacturing safety procedures and quality assurance practices Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
