Role:
Your Impact Begins Here As an Assembler, you'll be working directly with fabricated parts to assemble and test high-quality products. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help ensure that each unit meets strict tolerances and specifications. Your contributions will help maintain the integrity of the production process and create a safe, efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities +
Assemble and Test Products:
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble fabricated parts to precise product specifications. +
Ensure Quality:
Test and calibrate parts to meet tolerances and ensure the highest level of quality. + Maintain a
Safe Work Environment:
Help maintain an organized and safe workspace while monitoring production processes. + Contribute to
Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in ongoing safety, production, and quality improvement initiatives. +
Handle Repairs:
Identify and address any parts or mechanisms that fail tolerance levels and make necessary repairs.
Qualifications We're Looking For Required:
+ High school diploma or equivalent. + Basic knowledge of assembly processes and tools. + Ability to work under supervision and follow established guidelines. + Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety.
Preferred:
+ 0-2 years of experience in a related assembly or manufacturing role. + Completion of formal training or an apprenticeship in assembly techniques. Why Join Us? Pay Details:
